What is your returns policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I exchange?

Yes of course you can. All you need to do is fill in the returns form that comes with your purchase, put what you would like to exchange the item for, and we will do the rest. 

Can I track my order?

Standard shipping is posted via DPD we do provide tracking information via email and text message (please always check e-mail junk folders). The tracking is usually sent out when the item is due to be delivered. All next day parcels are posted with DPD. They will send you a link to track via email and text. This is sent upon collection of parcels.
